Diagnostic Roadmap

A deep dive into common hardware failures and how our engineers solve them.

Level 1: The Power Matrix (Dead Device)

Symptoms: No lights, no fan spin, completely unresponsive.

Our Protocol: We map the power rails starting from the DC-in jack, checking for shorted capacitors, faulty mosfets, or a degraded battery unit. Fixes range from simple charger replacement to micro-soldering new power management ICs.

Level 2: Visual Interface Failure

Symptoms: Device turns on, fans spin, but the screen remains black, flickering, or shows vertical lines.

Our Protocol: We bypass the internal display to an external monitor to isolate GPU vs. Screen issues. If it's the screen, we replace the LCD/OLED panel or the LVDS flex cable. If it's the GPU, motherboard repair is initiated.

Level 3: Storage & Logic Bottlenecks

Symptoms: Extremely slow boot times, frequent crashing, blue screen of death (BSOD).

Our Protocol: We test the health of the HDD/SSD. Mechanical drives are cloned to high-speed NVMe SSDs. We also run memory (RAM) diagnostics to ensure data is passing to the CPU without corruption.
